The Out-of-District Placement (OOD) Office is dedicated to the provision of special education services to DPS students with needs that are outside those of students served in center programs within the district.  There are numerous accredited facilities around the Metro area and throughout the state that follow and/or develop Individual Educational Programming, provide special education accommodations and modifications, work closely with students' families, and collaborate with the DPS Out-of-District Manager and Director of Special Education in the Division of Student Services.
