The Denver Public Schools provides several alternative means by which our students can remain in school and receive a quality education. DPS schools that provide alternative education are located at sites separate from our "typical" Middle School or High Schools. Each has its own focus or emphasis.
The alternative schools are lead by on-site principals, administered through the Office of the Area Superintendent for Alternative Schools and work cooperatively with the Division of Student Services.
